The cheese cleaning machine BMR 1200 will assist you efficiently to reach this and help you to put your finishing touch to the cheese surface.
With nalurally ripened cheese loaves of a diameter of 400 to 1200 mm, scarping or brushing of the solid rind will be done quite without any reflection. With a slight modification
only, the BMR 1200 will
also be able to clean extra-hard cheese like Parmesan.
And for the small cheese sorts
with a diameter between 200
and 400 mm, exchangeable adapters are at your disposal.
Depending on the condition of the cheese surface, different cleaning devices are available, f.ex. standard scrapers for cleaning by chip removal or a rotary brush to remove the cheese dust.
